About this campaign

We rescued buddy from the streets when I was eight years old. I’m now 22. He’s had an amazing life. He loves rolling in the grass sitting in the sun just last week we found out he has cancer. I love him with all of my heart the vets quoting $900 for the surgery alone, not including aftercare visits . I just want to see him thrive for the last of the years he has left.

When Buddy was younger, he loved to go to the dog park and play with his best friend Bella who is a Pomeranian, but really all he did was roll in the grass😂 he is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. It took a long time to get him to trust us as he was abused before he came our way. most of the time now he just lays around but he’s happy and that’s all that matters.

Buddy has cancer we’re not sure how far advanced yet he’s scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning (3/9/23). He has a tumor on his foot and has to have his toe amputated and will possibly have to relearn how to walk my fear is that due to him being 16 years old with a heart murmur previously he may not make it through the anesthesia but ultimately the surgery is his only shot😔

We just found out he has cancer we’re not sure what stage but he has to have his hind toe possibly foot amputated tomorrow. The surgery is very risky but his only shot at survival from the cancer. I hope with every fiber of my being that he will make it though anesthesia tomorrow so even if you can just pray it would be greatly appreciated.

I come from a family of disabled people. My mom has autoimmune diabetes and is on an insulin pump I have epilepsy with a handful of other Illnesses. My parents (who buddy lives with are having to file for bankruptcy any help is so greatly appreciated thank you 🙏🏻
