My pet been completely healthy for 15 years until now because of being attacked by a pitbull the neighbors Pitbull they have harassed me giving me fines because I can't afford a vet

He's a really good dog very well behaved he have never given anyone problems he's just a normal dog who's older and stays in his space now until he was attacked by the neighbor's dog which they did nothing to him but gave him a fine but harasses me everyday to try to take him from me because I don't have the money to pay
