About this campaign

We were homeless when our beloved Pitt/American Staffordshire mix was run over and died. It broke our hearts. After finding a home and a 2 year Healing period we were ready for a new "Baby ". At the Mohave County Shelter Buddy was the only dog not barking. After a brief play session it was LOVE. That was almost3 year ago. Please help.

Buddy loves nothing more than cuddling. A good game of tug is always welcome lol. He keeps Jack Rabbits and Cottontails away from the garden and enjoys a good run around our property. He goes with us everywhere and always makes new friends. He helps keep Daddy warm by sleeping under the covers with him.

I have Chronic anxiety disorder and when I have an attack he comes to comfort me. Then he makes me laugh and I can control the emotions. Just watching him play makes you laugh because his whole body is joyful. When he cuddles with you he just sinks in next to and lays a 2000lbs head in your lap with a look that says "I love you "

He has a fractured ankle and all the ligaments are torn. Because of the long Recovery process after stabilizing the ankle we decided that amputation would be kinder. He injured himself running off in the snow. He loves snow.

We are Disabled. After losing and finding a beloved dog/baby it is breaking our hearts for our Buddy to be in such pain. We currently have 1 income of $1100 monthly. All of you can understand that is NOT ENOUGH. Please help.
