Buddy came to as a rescue back in 2014 from people who jept him chained up outside 24/7 for the first two years of his life. When go them to agree to give up Buddy to me, and he was checked out by my vet, the bloodwork came back positive for Heartworm but it was luckily only in stage one so after several months of shots and pills, he finally tested negative for Heartworm.

Immediately after coming to live with me and Lucky (my yellow lab) they immediately became soulmates and are inseparatable. She taught him how to be a dog again. What treats and toys were for as he had no idea when he first arrived at his new home as he never had them before. He is now the loving dog there could be.

Buddy love going to the dog park, and chasing his ball when I throw it. He loves getting kids and people to run along the outside of the fence so he can run with them. He loves when I come home by doing circles. He loves howling whenever he hears a siren from either a police car, ambulance or fire truck.

Buddy has had numerous seizures and his vet, Ashley Langer DVM at VETERINARY HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATES (VHA) 3025 Dundee Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33884 and her team have been doing an amazing job seeing to all of Buddy needs as his bloodwork was also showing very low levels in Buddy's bodily functions. He is now stable and they have his seizures under control as well dealing with his pneumonia.

I am 70 years, retired and on a fixed income from my Social Security income. As I have some medical problems of my own it is impossible for me to work. Buddy and I have been together for the past 8 years after I rescued him and he is my life. It would mean the world to me.
