Buddy the Elf was found by animal control suffering from extreme mange and covered in fleas. He was severely underweight, struggling to breathe, and he barely had any fur on his infected skin.

Animalluvr's Dream Rescue took Buddy in knowing he would require a lot of physical and emotional care. They gave him numerous medicated baths to get rid of the fleas, dirt, and blood that caked Buddy's body.

Despite his horrible past and terrible condition, Buddy started to trust Animalluvr's Dream Rescue enough to start eating and even took kibble from one of their hands.

Buddy has a difficult road ahead. His skin will require lots of care and time to reduce the inflammation and infection and heal. Buddy also has a long journey in learning how wonderful life can be when loved.
