We have had our dog, Buddy, for over 11 years now. We rescued him from an abusive home. We also have rescued two cats. We couldn't have asked for a better dog to have been brought into our family! We all love him so much!

We are definitely dedicated to all of our pets. All of them are well cared for, given attention, and are very loved. Buddy and the cats are best friends. He is very protective of our family, and loves our kids.

Buddy is a great listener and doesn't do anything to get in trouble. He even wipes his feet when he comes in from outside. He is a wonderful watch dog, and stops barking as soon as he's told to.

It started as a small bump on his leg, and now has swelled to the size of a softball. It has now split open. Our vet isn't able to do anything, so we have to take him to an animal hospital. It costs $175, just for the visit fee, and then surgery and medication costs on top of that.

We are a four person family, with low income. We have all the love in the world to give to our pets, but we don't have the financial ability to pay for a major hospital bill. We are asking for any help that anyone can give. We're just not able to afford it.
