She was given to us with her leg broken, she needed a home. She lives with me and my husband but we still live on social security, so we need help, please

She way's 8 pounds. And she is really cute. She has broken her left leg. Both bone in the leg is broken and Vet said she needs surgery. We cannot afford to have surgery done on her. So we would really like to have help to fix her leg for she can walk and run like other dogs and live a long life.
