Bugzee is a 8-year-old Bull Terrier in Chilliwack, BC, who needs $2,000 for Allergy Medications, Eye Medications, and Injections.

Our sweet girl Bugzee came into our lives 10 months ago. and we fell in love with her immediately! She loved with another family for the first 8 years of her life. Bugzee needed some help with ongoing health concerns and being animal lovers, our hearts believed we could help. She is one of three dogs in our home.

Bugzee bonded to our family very quickly. Her most favourite things are being completely covered head to toe in blankets and playing tug with her humans and sister. She can usually be found laying on top of her mom or curled up under a blanket. She is also persistent in trying to make her older brother love her as much as everyone else

Bugzee can be a classic bull terrier who gets circle zoomies and random bursts of speed, but she is also very calm and cuddly, although always cuddles in a very awkward manner. She is not one to let her limitations stop her from doing or trying anything and for a smaller bull terrier, is fearless and unphased by most things

Bugzee is a special needs dog with allergies, an eye condition and spinal degeneration. In early October Bugzee had to have emergency abdominal obstruction surgery. It was a very scary time and due to her ongoing issues and age we wernt sure if she was going to make it. Thanks to an amazing vet team, she pulled through, but it put a large financial burden on our family

We did not have an emergency fund in place at the time of Bugzees surgery due to other expenses and two other dogs in our household. Since surgery Bugzee has been experiencing pain due to spinal disc degeneration and we are concerned about being able to afford her care
