About Bunny: Our Sweet Frenchie
Bunny is our playful, loving, and joyful 6-year-old French Bulldog — a true bundle of sunshine who fills our home with warmth and laughter. She has a gentle soul, adores cuddling, and never misses a chance to bask in the sun or chase her favorite toys around the house.
She lives with us in a safe and loving home, surrounded by a family that adores her deeply.
On the morning of 7.21.25 she began bleeding, experienced seizures, and fell into respiratory distress.
We rushed her to the emergency room, where she was diagnosed with pyometra, a severe and life-threatening uterine infection. Emergency surgery was the only option to save her life. She underwent a critical spay procedure and is now being closely monitored overnight at BluePearl Animal Hospital.
She’s incredibly intuitive and seems to know when someone in the family is feeling down — curling up next to us with her calming presence and quiet love. Bunny loves being around people and is happiest when she’s snuggled on the couch with us, soaking in the sun by the window, or chasing her favorite squeaky toys around the house.
The cost of Bunny’s emergency care has quickly escalated to $10,000, which includes the emergency surgery, diagnostic imaging, hospitalization, medications, and continuous monitoring. This unexpected financial burden is overwhelming for our family.
