Poor Burton is only three years old and suffered with a massive tumor on his face -- which fell off at the animal shelter!
No one knows what happened to Burton, as he was a stray. At the shelter, he was overlooked by adopters until A Pathway to Hope rescue saved him.
"We saw past his physical challenges and recognized his incredible spirit," Amy H., with the rescue, tells Waggle.
When the growth fell off, it left him without a significant part of his face! Despite this setback, Burton remained determined to live life to the fullest.
Now Burton needs a CT scan and the remaining part of the growth on his nose removed and sent to pathology. The expensive procedures have left the rescue racing to raise money to pay his medical bills.
A Pathway to Hope refused to give up on him, and they hope you won't either. Please give to help Burton get the care he needs!
