About this campaign

I rescued Buster about 12 years ago from a downtown park. He was being abused by kids and was trembling and scared when he came home to me. He has been such a great dog and companion to me. He is just always with me and the thought that I can't save him is so sad, and I would do anything for him. He is healthy other than this stone!!

Buster has been by my side during Covid when I have not had contact with a lot of people. Unfortunately, I'm not on great terms with my family but there is always Buster there when I need him. To see him hurt is like your child is in pain, I don't have children so he is that more connected to me. He has so much more life in him.

I have already paid $750.00 for testing and x-rays and antibiotics. The surgery is going to be approximately an additional $2,000.00 and I just don't have it and don't know what to do? I am reaching out here and hopefully I can get some help. I love him so much!

Buster started bleeding when he was peeing and was straining to go. I took him to the vet and they said he has a large stone. He was bleeding so much and I thought the worst thinking it was cancer but he can get better. He is on antibiotics now but he has to have surgery in the next couple of weeks.

Buster is just a cool dog and everyone that is in contact with him is smiling just at his face when we pass them. I hope that this organization can help us and keep Buster and I together for a lot longer, I have gone through a lot and I can't imagine him not being here with me. I'm just trying to find any resources to help him.
