I found Butters when he was a week old and just opened his eyes. His mother had moved the rest of the litter and never came back for him. I decided to bring him in and feed him with the intent on fostering until I found him a home but I could never let go of him from day one. He's been with me his entire life, I was the first thing he saw when he opened his eyes.

He's my spunky little brat. He loves to play and hang and argue, it's been me and him his whole life. He's always getting into my stuff or trying to eat my food, we have spirited arguments about him getting on the counter (I don't love butts on my breakfast bar, maybe that's just me) with others he is just as spirited and friendly, but does love his personal space.

I am a one income household, I moved recently due to a bad home situation & with the pandemic do not have the funds saved up to give him the treatment he needs, he is still so young and I just want him to get better so I can have more time with him. He's everything to me.

Last week butter began crying when using the bathroom, I immediately took him to the vet and they deemed him constipated, gave him an enema and I brought him home for recovery. Fast forward to this week he became very weak, he wasn't up to temp, and wasn't eating, the vet told me his bladder is the size of a grapefruit and there will be a number of procedures he needs. I just want my baby better.

He talks back when I don't want him to do something, he loves to listen to music and sits by the speakers when the bass is heavy. A big fan of the documentary "blue planet", and is my little shadow, checking to see what I'm up to all day. He has his little spots around the house he has deemed his and will claim said spot if someone is in it. He will even pout if told not to do something.
