Butters is the sweetest labradoodle mix. She is a rescue and it’s supposed to be become my service dog. My current service dog who has helped me so much recently had to retire. I have been unable to work since I do not have a service dog at the current time. I was offered this wonderful golden doodle who attached to me right away and has already started learning. Butters was unfortunately born with a defect in her genital region. She will need surgery to correct this. The person that owned her before Me reached out to several rescues that will not take her due to this defect. I need desperate help to try to help butters get better so that she can have a normal life. She’s an absolute sweetheart and deserves a chance.

Butters is very special because she is a training service animal. She will not only provide me the services I need, but I work in a school with high risk children, and they also would benefit from the skills she would learn. She would impact many lives on a daily basis. She will begin training to help with daily tasks and assist in calming.

I have been on disability for many years due to almost losing my life. I started working again when I had my current service dog Hammond, but unfortunately, he had to retire. Due to my illness progressing I need a service dog to be able to work.
