Cairo is a 11 year old Scottish Terrier in FAIRMONT, MN, who needs $2,000 for Baytril to Help with his Enlarged Prostate.

I have been so blessed to have Cairo. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and he just turned 11 a few months ago. He is the love of life and we are always together. He has had problems with very bad allergies that require medication and a few years ago, started having seizures. He is overall in good health and usually has the energy of a puppy. I've always made sure to give him the best care.

My poor baby has been sick all week, not eating much, very lethargic, and drinking excessive amounts of water. The vet at Willow Pet Hospital did some blood work and Cairo had a fever of 104 and liver enzymes were very high. They prescribed antibiotics but I don't think they are working. Yesterday, he was straining to urinate and when he was done, there was a clump of blood in the urine!

Cairo is super special to me and everyone loves him. He has the cutest face and nose and his personality and loyalty are beyond what I could ever ask for. I was having trouble getting up once and Cairo came over to me and I said "help mommy", so he took his head and put it underneath my neck and used it to push me up! When I am having an off day, he is quick to comfort me by sitting with me. Love!

I am asking for donations because it has been hard to find work and care for my dad for the last 7 months and I don't have many resources. It is hard for me to ask for help, but I don't know what else to do. I would be so humbled for any help I can get. Thank you!
