About this campaign

When I was 18 years old, first semester of college, I was at work and a coworker/friend of mine told me that her dogs were having puppies. Despite my mom telling me no at the time, I went over to pick one out. Cali came right up to me and fell asleep on my foot. Cali has been my rock my entire 20's, she has moved to multiple states with me as my husband served in the military.

Cali has a couple forms of cancer, along with bell's palsy and thyroid issues. She is currently being treated at the VCA in Jackson, Michigan. She has a ruptured mass that needs removal asap.

Everyone who has had the pleasure of knowing Cali, adores her. She is the happiest, most loving girl. If you sit down on the ground, she is guaranteed to get her paws up on your shoulders for a hug.

We are currently expecting and have my dad in the hospital. Before baby comes, we are trying to move back by family. This was an unexpected occurrence needing this surgery so promptly and have unfortunately not been able to set aside the funds for it.
