About this campaign

My wife and I fostered so many dogs to keep them from being killed in the shelters here in Arizona. We have re-homed over a dozen animals who never got into the shelters and who have found their loving homes. We got Cali from someone who accidentally had babies with their Goldendoodles, as the breed is my dream dog. Cali lives with my wife, 3 kids, and I. She is the most loving dog.

Cali unexpectedly broken her femur while she was playing on the mountain side. The screeching yelps and loud sounds for help rang as I ran to her. When I took her to the vet, they said the worst news possible. She broken her femur and needed surgery that could cost minimal of $3,000. I want my puppy but with my own little kids, I afford her surgery. I’m a dad that needs help.

Cali is the most playful and loving dog I’ve came across. She is silly and loves attention. The injury has diminished her glow and now she is afraid of everything. I can tell she is in pain and needs help. Shes only 3 months old with her whole life ahead of her.

I am an Active Duty service-member and my wife is in school. We are running our household on my income. Recently my AC unit had to be replaced which was $20,000 itself and now this incident happened which is $3,000 minimum. I cant afford all life has thrown my way.
