Cali is a 10 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Racine, , who needs $1,000 for Bloodwork, Chest X-ray, and Diagnosis of Internal Bleeding.

I got Cali from a person in my neighborhood whose dog had accidentally gotten pregnant. I’ve had her since she was 2 months old. She’s always had minor treatable health issues related to her gut. She’s a very quiet and gentle girl.

Cali has internal bleeding, pale gums and has lost weight. She needs blood tests done and an ultrasound to determine the cause of bleeding. If she doesn’t receive tests and treatment she may bleed out and die. If we can find the cause of bleeding she can receive treatment.

Cali is a quiet girl she only barks when someone comes on the porch. She loves people and children. She loves to cuddle and mom is her favorite person. She loves getting treats and belly rubs. Most times she lays around chewing on her toys. She’s afraid of thunder, fireworks and the vacuum cleaner. She is my best friend.

I lost my job due to a knee problem which has been fixed. I’m currently waiting for my background to clear for a new job. It’s been hard financially not having a job and Cali getting sick. She’s my emotional support and my everything. I need her as much as she needs me.
