About this campaign
*One by One Animal Advocates*
Camellia was left all alone on a desolate, windy road. She had a noticeable injury, yet she remained faithful, waiting for her humans to come back. The love and loyalty in her eyes cut through the sadness of being abandoned with just a small bit of food.
It's heart wrenching to think how someone could leave such a loyal companion behind. The level of love and loyalty Camellia had for her owner and their obvious disregard for her breaks our hearts.
The shelter was no place for an injured dog, so ACC has graciously boarded her. XRYs showed her hip was out of socket so she had a closed reduction of her hip and a specialty sling applied. This was the best option but, unfortunately, it was not enough to keep her leg in place. She needs to have another orthopedic surgery - a femoral head ostectomy - to fix her leg.
Camellia was abandoned by the people who should have loved and protected her; to them, she was worthless. We need to raise $3000 to cover two different orthopedic surgeries, her vetting, and spay.
Your donation today is a statement that Camellia’s life is valued. She means something to us, and we want to help her heal so she can find a family who will cherish her. Thank you for your help!
