Hand to Paw spotted Caramel on the street and knew they had to help him. His case of mange is so severe his feet have open, bleeding wounds.

Caramel was found with a collar but many in Thailand live at or slightly above the poverty line and cannot afford treatment. Hand to Paw understands the importance of the human-animal bond and provides the veterinary care needed for the pet to be happy and healthy with the ultimate goal of returning the pet to their owner.

Despite being extremely uncomfortable and painful, Caramel is super sweet and loving. He went up to the Hand to Paw staff and was quick to trust. He's enjoying have a soft bed and toys to comfort him during his recovery.

Hand to Paw treats over 1,000 dogs each year against fleas, ticks, or mange. They are on a mission to help the street dogs of Thailand and improve their quality of life by providing medical treatment, free spay/neuter, and vaccinations.
