Carter is a 15 year old Mix-Breed in Louisville , KY, who needs $2,000 for Chemo therapy, possibly surgery.

I rescued Carter when he was six years old from a no kill shelter in Shelbyville, Kentucky. I am actually his third home his first home. They were older couple and could not handle his hyper. His second home. They were very abusive to him. He had trauma to the head and his eye when I picked him up from the shelter he has been in our family for, almost 10 years. He’s my baby.

Carter is allergic to everything it seems LOL. He definitely has a food allergy. He takes a prescription allergy pill once a day. He’s been on that for seven years. A year and a half after I rescued him he blew his ACL on his left knee. We got that replaced then he blew the ACL on his right knee.

Carter loves all animals. He does get stingy if other dogs play with his toys. He expects a toy every time I come home he puts his whole head in my purse and digs around until he finds his treat or his new toy. He has four totes full dog toys. He’s a very friendly he loves everybody. He just wants to be loved in return

They cut my hours way back and my job in the mist of that my car gave out on me and we now have to move. We have two weeks. I don’t have the funds to get him seen at his vet and I’m scared the tumor is going to spread and it will be too late, to save him From the cancer
