About this campaign

I adopted cash at 7 years old. They warned me he was aggressive and a runner, I chose him anyways. He spent the beginning of his life in a hoarder home with 30 other dogs. The owner didn’t supply adequate care or food for any of the animals. Cash also had problems with some of the dogs as he had stitches and scars when I rescued him. He still suffers with food hoarding and anxiety to this day.

Since adoption he has suffered from dental issues like losing teeth and bleeding gums. We’ve tried for years to help but as he’s older now, it has gotten to the point where he has severe periodontal disease and runs the risk of a heart murmur and losing all his teeth. He has been losing weight and bleeding gums. Juan tabo animal is helping with his dental issues which I’m hoping to take care of

Cash is my first pet, he rescued me just as much as I did him. I moved out at 18 with nothing and decided to adopt because I was so lonely. He was a hard animal at first but turned out to be the most loving animal. I know not everyone would want a 7 year old dog, but I was happy to give him the love he never had, and I hope I am making his last years the best he’s ever had.

I work as a server and live and pay for everything alone. The money I have saved would only cover 1/4 of the cost. He has become distant from pain and lost weight. I hope to see him happy and healthy so he doesn’t suffer through his last years of life
