Cashew (Cash) is a 6 year old Poodle in San Jose, CA, who needs $2,000 for Diagnosis and Treatment.

He was 4 mo. old when he was given to me on my birthday 2018. He had tear stains, itchy-flaked skin, very thin with matted hair all over. Despite his poor condition he still had so much innocent love. When he curled up to sleep the first time; he looked like a cashew nut. And we discovered his birthday was the same as the legend Jonny Cash. So we named him Cash and/or Cashew.

There are no longer the skilled vets of old times around anymore. They need MRI - X-ray & blood work to determine what exactly is causing him this extreme pain when he makes the slightest moves. The condition started all of a sudden. It could be a fall incident or maybe genetic issue. We don’t know until we pay the extreme amounts the vets require to do all the tests. No happiness at this point.

Cashew is extremely special. Not that any animal is not unique, but anyone who met him has been mostly left with a dropped jaw! He has cured other dogs of their fear of other dogs! By the time the owners try explain to me that their dog is not comfortable around other dogs, Cash already wins the war! As the owners turn around their jaw is dropped by the interaction of their dogs with Cashew.

I am a disabled elderly. Cash deserves to be healed for he has not only cured other dogs of their fears but he also has brought 2 others dogs together to play and interact in joy & happiness just because these 2 other dogs liked being around Cashew. Please help us help you.
