Cass is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Evergreen, CO, who needs $682 for Melanoma Removal and Testing.

Cass was adopted in November 2022 from the Animal Foundation in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was found as a stray on the streets of Las Vegas, and it was love at first sight.

Cass was taken in to Kittredge Animal Clinic for multiple lumps and a growing rash. While the rash ended up being an infection, the lumps were found to be melanomas. It currently not known if the melanomas are benign or malignant. She needs the melanomas removed and sent in for testing. If they are malignant, she needs them removed before they can metastasize.

Cass is the sweetest dog in the world. She absolutely loves every single person that she meets. From the vet to people walking down the street, everyone is her best friend. Other than people, her favorite thing in the entire world is snacks. She loves treats.

Currently, she is being provided for solely by her owner. While she does have insurance to help with the expenses, the procedure has to be paid for completely out of pocket first. It’s unknown if her insurance will reimburse for this.
