About this campaign

In a small, underserved rural region just north of our reach, cats are fighting to survive every single day. With no nearby veterinary care, no access to clinics, and no funding for spay and neuter services, the population continues to grow unchecked. Kittens are born into hardship, illness spreads easily, and compassionate community members are left overwhelmed—wanting to help, but without the resources to do so.

Hand to Paw is stepping in to change that. We are organizing a large-scale spay day with an ambitious but critical goal: to spay 123 female cats in a single day. At an average cost of just $16 per cat, this effort has the power to prevent thousands of future births, reduce suffering, and bring real, lasting relief to both the animals and the people caring for them.

Many of these cats have never seen a veterinarian. This one day will mean everything—preventing painful reproductive diseases, reducing the number of homeless kittens, and improving the overall health of the entire community. But we can’t do it alone.

This life-changing event requires funding for medical supplies, anesthesia, medications, transportation, and the skilled hands of veterinary professionals and volunteers donating their time and expertise.

Every dollar you give goes directly toward a surgery that stops the cycle of suffering before it begins. This is more than a single day of spay surgeries—it’s a turning point for an entire community.

Please consider donating and sharing to help us reach our goal. Together, we can create a future where fewer cats suffer, fewer litters are born into hardship, and compassion has the power to make lasting change.
