Ceasar is a 13-year-old Maltese in Casper, WY, who needs $1,000 for Skin surgery.

Ceasar and Cleo were named after the historical Ceasar and Cleopatra. A married couple of the past and a married couple today. They were obtained from different batches to provide puppies to elderly people who needed companionship. Together they had three litters of three puppies, only one puppy is still living. They have a big little brother named Duke that loves his big little bro and sis.

As many know Ceasar is a lover and thinks everyone is needing comfort and love. He loves to play with Cleo and Duke. Most of the time though he just hangs out on moms pillow. He is also known as crooked tail because of an accident when he was a baby that broke his tail and injured his hips. He loves everyone he is my emotional support dog and has helped me so much this last year.

I moved to Wyoming to care for my dying mother. I have since taken several part time jobs to help pay bills. In January the whole family got Covid-19 and was out of work for most of the month. My dogs are my kids and not having money to fix them is very heartbreaking.

Ceasar was attacked by a neighbor dog and had his throat slit. The skin is very damaged but was stapled back together after removing damaged areas. There is bruising and the doctor said bruised skin will probably die causing a need for more skin surgeries. At this time he has staples around his neck like Frankenstein. Altitude Vet in Casper has taken wonderful care of him so far.

Ceasar is a hugger, he loves wrapping his front legs around your neck and giving hugs. He will also kiss every inch of you if you let him. He is a big baby and expects to be treated as one. If your upset about something he will either sit by your side or lay on your chest to comfort you. He seems to know when your depressed so I've always called him my emotional support baby. He will love you!
