Born 3/26/12. Cezar is surrounded with by his single mother in a loving home rather anti-social but loves humans, especially females. He doesn’t think he’s a dog 🤣. At times, he speaks. Loves to be clean and well groomed. Hates fleas.

He has received all current medical care and vaccinations up to 2023 by the Humane Society, VCA Hospitals He receives the best care and is chipped for any disappearance mishaps. His only real medical disparities is his skin and ear infections which we usually resolve.

As a military veteran who deals with PTSD, he’s a valued part of my life and mental health breakdowns. Makes me aware of outside surroundings being a single woman living alone. Provides emotional support and protection. Although antisocial either the other dogs, they are a support to Cezar knowing he’s not alone too

Since leaving work for pressing work related and medical issues of my own, I’ve had limited access to funds trying to maintain Cezar care and maintenance as often as possible. It’s been difficult and he along with 5 others is very expensive.
