About this campaign

For 18 long years, Champ knew only one family. He grew up beside them, never expecting that one day he’d be left behind. But recently, Champ was dropped off at a shelter with no idea of what is to come or what he did wrong. No pet should ever have to face that kind of loss.

After nearly two decades of devotion, Champ was surrendered simply because he was “too old.” When he arrived, he smelled of urine, his legs were weak, and his teeth were in painful condition, all clear signs that he hadn’t received the care he deserved. Yet despite all that, Champ still wags his tail at the sound of a kind voice. He still believes that love is possible.

Champ needs urgent medical care, including treatment for his legs, dental work to ease his pain, and the gentle attention of people who see his worth. With your help, we can give him the comfort, health, and dignity every senior dog deserves.

Please, help us give Champ the second chance he’s waited his whole life for. Every donation, no matter the size, brings him closer to the love and care he’s been missing.

8/11/26 Update

Thanks to you, Champ was able to get adopted into a loving and wonderful home. Unfortunately, he went into kidney failure not long after. His new mom did everything she could, but eventually he crossed the rainbow bridge. This sweet boy made it to 18.5 years old.
