Chance is a 2 month old Mix-Breed in Albany , GA, who needs $1,000 for Parvo Treatment.

Chance was a rescue from an online post, due to an accidental litter. He is 8 weeks old and has been with me for two weeks now.

Hence the name, I wanted to give him a second “Chance” ❤️ He lives with his best buddy Max the Chiweenie and Oakley the pitbull pup. He is spoiled rotten with his own bed, toys, cookies and all of the love he can handle.

He loves slippers, ice cubes, and chew bones. :)

Chance was diagnosed today with Parvo, and they’re recommending hospitalization for his symptoms. He only weighs 4 pounds and the combination of nausea/vomiting/diarrhea and weakness can be deadly to a pup this size. He did receive some subcutaneous fluids, injections for nausea and antibiotics. He goes to Spelts and Masters Animal Hospital. So nice

Chance is very much a snuggler and always curls up in the crevice of my neck and gives me kisses, and then falls asleep.

I lost a puppy two years ago to a traumatic dog attack, and Chance has made me love again. He is always eager to run up and grab your shoe or pants leg, and growl as he pulls. He just wants to play. He is always up to chasing ice cubes around the kitchen floor and barking :)

I was my dad’s only caregiver during his 6 year battle with Lewy Body Dementia. I had no family support,
Dad passed away in January 2024 (and I was in no way prepared for the bills that come with a funeral. I not long after was hospitalized for 3 weeks. No money coming in :(
