Chanel came into my life as a premature pup and was my first dog. She’s been my strength through losing both my parents and my youngest sibling in 2024. Diagnosed with CKD, she’s still fighting. Her vet says she’s the longest-living CKD dog he’s seen — and that my love and care have kept her going. Help me save her.

Chanel is a 10-year-old poodle-papillon mix diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD). She recently required a blood transfusion and is now experiencing breathing issues due to fluid in her lungs. Despite her condition, she remains alert, responsive, and continues to fight with the support of ongoing veterinary care. She is currently admitted at Tropicana Animal Hospital in Las Vegas our home.

Chanel is more than a pet she’s family. She has a gentle soul, always sensing when someone is sad and curling up beside them. She brings comfort, love, and laughter to our home. Chanel greets everyone with a tail wag and soft eyes, forming deep bonds with each family member. Her presence has been healing and her love, unconditional.

Chanel became very sick in 2024, but with treatment and her strong will, she survived. I care for her at home with subcutaneous fluids and a special kidney diet. But Her current hospital bills are high. Please help her breathe again.
