Charlee is a 5 year old Old German Shepherd Dog in Northampton , PA, who needs $3,000 for FNA and Tumor Removal.

Charlee was a rescue from NC, I saw her listed on a rescue transport page. She had one day left before the shelter hold was over and they would have to put her down . I was lucky enough to find a rescue to pull her for me. They treated her for heartworm and she was welcomed into our home with love and lots of patience.

Charlee was treated for heartworm and was retested today and is still negative. We took her to the vet due to her not feeling well and a lump on her leg. She tested positive for Lyme which is now being treated. We were not expecting the lump to be anything other than a cyst. Turns out after having it tested in office it is a Mast Cell Tumor which could be skin cancer and to have it tested more.

Charlee brings love to her fur brother and sister and her humans as well. Very lovable and mellow. Loves to follow mom everywhere. She plays and has one favorite toy she will not rip apart. She gives us nothing but love.

I am a one income home and can afford minor visits for her. Today was $600 which it hard but she is my family. We really want to get this test done and surgery to remove the tumor which is on her leg. We pray it is not cancer but we will not know for sure until cell samples
