Charles is a 1-year-old Maine Coon/Persian in Castle Creek, NY, who needs $500 for kidney treatment.

He’s from a small country town where not a lot goes on. He wouldn’t have gotten the care or the stability that he needed. The owners didn’t get his shots nor did they remove his extra finger. If I didn’t take him he would’ve gotten minimal care and wouldn’t have gotten the treatment he deserved. Charles now is fed and cleaned appropriately as well as getting the time and attention that he deserve

When I come home Charles always comes out and runs to me because he wants to say hello. He will let anybody pet him with ease and loves meeting new people. He especially is fond of a close friend of mine that I stay with. This person says Charles helps him and he’s like therapy. I agree because he is definitely my therapy and brings so much love. He’s my cuddle bug. He loves kisses.

I’ve gotten Charles neutered however me being unemployed at the moment due to the pandemic it hasn’t been easy paying for all of my own bills let alone Charles. He hasn’t been feeling well lately and he needs to get into the vet as soon as possible. I can’t afford it.

Charles has only gone to the vet once and that was when he got neutered by the Humane Society about six months ago. He’s been ill recently and truly needs a vet. I’m scared I’m going to lose him. He’s such a good cat and family member. He would be going to VetIQ Petcare. Not sure which vet he would see yet.

Charles is a very unique cat he’s like a little human being. He loves car rides and he loves to go to different places. He makes everybody he comes across so happy not one person that I know has met Charles and not smiled even when they had a bad day. He’s a ball of love and from my experience not every cat is exactly the sweetest all the time. Charles loves kisses and would never hurt anyone.
