Charlie is a 2-month-old Labrador Retriever mix in Bloomington, IN, who needs $2,000 for hospitalization to treat Parvovirus and pneumonia.

We adopted Charlie on Sept. 25th after finding him on PetFinder. He was part of a large litter of puppies born in KY and needed rescued. We rescued Charlie because sadly we had to put down one of our other dogs named Lucy, who we had for 16 years. She was a very sweet rescue dog (mixed breed but looked like a german shepherd). Our family was very sad and we needed some happiness at home after this loss. That is how we ended up with Charlie!
