Charlie is a 4-year-old Poodle Mix in Las Cruces, NM, who needs $300 for Mass Excision - Skin Level 1.

I rescued Charlie at an event four years ago. I was on tight budget and was going to WalMart for very specific items that I needed. Well I saw him and fell in LOVE with him. Needless to say instead of purchasing my NEEDED items I left the store with dog food, bowls for his food and water, a collar and a leash.
I truly believe Charlie rescued me.

Charlie is a part of my family it’s just him and I. When we get visits from my nieces and nephews they love him and Charlie just loves the extra attention he gets. As soon as the doorbell rings he barks and barks and once he knows it’s friends and/or family he will jump and wag his tail indicating he misses them.

This was an unexpected expense. Charlie is my world. I could not imagine my life without him.
He’s my buddy and I need him to be healthy. The Veterinarian informed me that if the mass is not removed he’s at risk of the mass rupturing & getting infected.

Charlie has a mass on the base of his tail. I called the vet today and they were able to work him in.
It’s determined the mass needs to be removed. The name of the hospital is Animal Hospital of Las Cruces the treating Veterinarian is Dr. Debra Megonigle, DVM. She will be removing a Mass Excision - Skin Level 1.

Charlie is very special to me. As he came into my life when I was going through depression. Yes Charlie loves to watch TV with me. He sleeps with me and when I snore he wakes me up by patting my face. I guess I wake him up while he’s trying to sleep too. In the morning he turns his face away from me; I suppose he doesn’t like my morning breath.
