Charlie is a 2-year-old Pitbull Mix in Magnolia, TX, who needs $2,000 for Intensive Wound and Heartworm Treatment.

Charlie is one brave boy! He was tied to a car and dragged for several blocks resulting in severe wounds. On top of that, he is heartworm positive. But thankfully, D&A Animal Rescue came to the rescue and is ensuring Charlie receives the special treatment and veterinary care he needs.

Right now, Charlie is getting Phovia Light Therapy, laser therapy, and his bandages changed regularly. He also takes antibiotics and pain medicine to help with his wounds. The kind people at the Neighborhood Veterinary Center are taking such good care of him. They think it will take about 2-3 more weeks before his wounds are all better. After that, they'll need to treat his heartworms.

Despite his traumatic past, Charlie is a happy-go-lucky guy that has so much love to give. He is constantly happy with a tail that never stops wagging.
