charlie is a 2 year old Mix-Breed in north fort myers, FL, who needs $250 for Neuter, Parasites, Infection, and Vaccinations.

we found him under our neighbors truck fed him and posted him on a lost pets fb group also nextdoor in case he was somebody’s, the next night he came around again so we brought him inside and gave him a bath, he seemed fine no fleas a little skinny and beat up but when he was eating we noticed a cut on his scrotum and planned to take him to the vet the next morning, meanwhile he napped in my bed.

when we took him to the vet they said they’d neuter him to prevent an abscess forming and check him out, we brought him back 2 days later like they said and he ended up having an infection from the wound which explained why he felt warm so they kept him overnight planning to do what was needed the next day. after they fixed him up we ended up not having enough so now they won’t release him.

he’s so sweet and playful we have a bunch of toys our older girls won’t play with anymore and he loves them and just follows us around all day, our one cat doesn’t care he’s around but my girls a little rude when he comes on my bed but easily calms down.

i don’t have the best job and we didn’t plan for anything like this since he just showed up, but i could never just leave him out there with an injury especially since he’s so young. hes the sweetest stray i’ve met and im not sure what to say i just want him to feel better.
