Charlie is a rescue that joined our family about three years ago. He came for a visit and never left. He had a bit of rough start in life, but has been the best dog since he joined our family. He lives with myself, my husband, and our three children. He is an important part of our family. We also have a cat and another dog.

Charlie is the sweetest. He loves to snuggle on the couch and get lots of pets. He loves our children dearly and watches out for them . He spends most of his time living inside, but loves to go out and play and run. The kitty is his best friend, but he likes the new dog too even though he bites his ears and legs. he just tolerates it.

We are $5,000 in after 36 hours of care. I am a teacher, but currently not working because one of my children was unable to attend school this year due to a medical condition. My husband is a wildland firefighter. We would appreciate anything given to save our boy .

Monday night Charlie got out. We were looking for him the entire time He finally wandered home about midnight. He didn't look good, but we just though he was exhausted. We took him to our local vet the next day and she gave some meds. The next day, even worse so we took him to Capital Veterinary Specialists. They initially thoughtsnake bite, but he hasnt responded so now they tick illness.

He is special just because of who he is. He has a great personality. He smiles when you scratch him in a certain way and we love to do ir just so we can see him smile. He can run so fast, its unbelievable. Its a different level of speed and we get a kick out of seeing him run like that. He enjoys lots of time on the couch, too.
