I’m reaching out because my dog, Charlie, has recently been diagnosed with a likely cruciate ligament tear in his knee. He is a big, loving, high-energy boy who absolutely lives for walks, being outside, and spending time with his family.

Over the past few weeks, he began limping and we learned that his knee is unstable. Right now he is on medication and strict rest, but due to his size (over 100 pounds), surgery is strongly recommended to properly stabilize the joint and prevent long-term pain and arthritis.
The estimated cost of surgery is more than I can manage on my own.

Charlie is still bright, happy, and full of life. He relaxes when we sit with him, wags his tail, and doesn’t understand why he can’t run and play right now. I just want to give him the best chance at a comfortable, active future.
