Chase is a 3 month old Golden Retriever in Newark, NY, who needs $2,000 for Leg Amputation.

Chase is 3 mons now, he came into our family at 8 weeks old as an early Christmas gift for my daughter and our family. My daughter told Santa one of her gifts she wanted was a puppy for Christmas. We found Chase from an out of town breeder. My daughter picked chase’s name after a paw patrol character.

8 weeks Chase jumped off the bed. We took him to Banfiled vet and did X-rays on his leg. He broke his leg in two places and needed a splint. After the second splint change his paw was swollen and limping due to the bandage being to tight. Then developed an infection on his paw and leg. His infection was healing at first now it’s getting worse to the point where they want to amputate his leg.

Chase is the best companion
puppy that we ever have had. He’s very calm and very lovable. Chase and my daughter have a special bond that can not be broken. Before Chase broke his leg he loved playing,rolling and eaten the snow. He can’t play outside now due to the broken leg and infection, his leg has to stay dry. His favorite things are to cuddle plays with his favorite stuff animal.

Vet trips vet bills every day cleaning and bandages changes the antibiotics xray have been adding up very quickly and will continue to add up due to the infection the infection can kill him where we need to amputate before it does.
