Cheena is a 15-year-old Mix in Kingsport, TN, who needs $1,000 for ACL Repair.

Cheena came into my life 15 years ago by way of the sister of an old boyfriend. Cheena was about 7 weeks old, the sister stopped taking care of Cheena and would leave her alone in an apartment without any electricity in hot weather without food & water so I basically stole Cheena from the hot, dark & lonely apartment and have had her ever since!! My mom & I love her very much!

Cheena is everything & very important and significant in our life! She runs the show and always has since the first day I took over as dog mom! I can't imagine life without her I've spent my savings on her vet care & expensive surgeries. She is in need of another surgery but my mom & I do not have the money for it this time. Cheena only needs around $1,000 for an ACL repair.

I love how Cheena tells us what to do without a voice it's so funny how she talks with her eyes! Cheena huffs & puffs when she don't get her way!! She is obsessed with chicken!! She is so special to us and we would do anything for her & we have done so much for her however we can't do what she needs due to recent financial changes. Please help us with our baby she is the most important thing to us

Cheena has a torn ACL in her back right knee as well as a small skin cancer on her left front leg. She has had a couple of surgeries before for mammary tumors and a previous skin cancer.

I have 2 jobs but recently my hours were cut at my full time job and that caused me to lose around $700 per month which is the money I could've been using for cheena's surgery. My mom helps when she can but she's on a fixed income.I don't qualify for Care Credit.
