About this campaign
Cheetah was rescued from Miami-Dade shelter in August of 22 by fairy tail ending rescues. She was the next in line in the kill room to be euthanized when we picked her up. According to records obtained by Miami-Dade cheetah was in and out of the shelter for her entire 10 years of life. Overbred and under cared for. By the time she arrived to us she was in need of care and love.
Cheetah has a tumor on her paw that makes it very difficult for her to walk. She weighs 130 lb and needs to have the tumor removed immediately. She is going to lose one of her toes and that's going to be difficult because it's on her back leg which is weight bearing. It needs to be removed so it doesn't grow and affect her leg whereby she could lose part of that as well.
Cheetah was terrified and shook for the first 2 to 3 days that she was with us she would growl just so we knew not to get close to her and give her time to adjust but now she is the governor of our household we have all rescue special needs and hospice animals and she is the leader of the pack. Cheetah has also been able to get me through difficult medical treatments that I have undergone.
I've been very sick over the last 6 months and had to go through a lot of treatments. I lost my job in November and just recently started working this last week. The rescue always said they would help us with cheetah's expenses but they are not doing that. We need help pleas
