A month is a lifetime for a one-year-old cat in a shelter. Chester waited that long, his sweet nature overshadowed by a severely damaged, non-functioning front leg and a painful paw infection – likely the result of a trauma. Confined and with little human contact at the shelter, Chester's light began to fade. But Spicy Whiskers Cat Rescue said NO MORE! They pulled him from the shelter to provide a second chance at life!

Once safe, he was rushed him to the vet, who discovered a serious infection, nerve damage, and significant muscle loss. Chester is a survivor. He's adapted to three legs, but his damaged limb now holds him back. Amputation is the key to unlocking his full potential for a joyful, active life. This playful, adventurous, and incredibly social boy deserves to run, jump, and play without hindrance!
