About this campaign
Cheyenne came in our life in 2017. My husband saw her on Facebook for sale. She was already sold to another couple but they did not get her. So she was definitely meant to be with us. Her name was given by my husband who named her before we bought her. As soon as we saw her and called Cheyenne she came walking to us and we immediately knew God had specially hand picked her for us.
Cheyenne slept with us to recent. She had to be moved to her own bed due to fact she thought our bed was hers. She loves to play fetch with her ball inside and outside. She loves everyone and everyone is a friend. She is protective over kids and that’s ok. Cheyenne is definitely smart and bright. Trained her own self and loved cookies to recent. Loves to go riding, music, and cuddles.
Cheyenne isn’t your normal dog at all. She doesn’t bark much and potty trained herself. She is my emotional support pet. On rough days she cuddles and gives hugs, kisses or just lays with you. She definitely supports you and comforts you. She smiles at you and gives you much love when needed with a hug and lick. She plays with her toys on her own and gets them when you call them by name.
Our dog recently dx with diabetes. It is and has caused reverse reactions and she needs emergency meds IV fluids, meds, to help with ketoacidosis. She is very sick dog and not her joyful self. Not eating, drinking water, vomiting and other issues. Benson Animal Hospital is working to save her life. Without help she is dying and suffering. We don’t know all that is wrong with no funds.
I am on disability and we just don’t have the funds for her. She is my emotional support dog and having her back to healthy again would help me with my chronic pain. We help each other.
