Our beautiful little Chico came into my life 10 years ago when we were driving down the streets and found him completely lost. He was hurt and really dirty. After 2 weeks of looking for his owners - we knew he belonged to us. He has made our lives so much better. He filled in that empty hole that I’ve been missing for a long time.

Chico sleeps with me every night. I pick up my blanket and he cuddles right on my stomach. My daughter grew up knowing Chico. He is extremely sweet and sensitive to kids. Chico loves to play fetch! We have two other dogs that are females and he just loves playing with them. It’s very cute because he’s so tiny compared to the girls - maltipoodles.

I am a single mother who currently got laid off due to Covid. I unfortunately ranked up all of my savings and I’m extremely struggling very much. Chico saved my life. I would do anything to save his. I need him.

Chico has developed a massive hernia right under his tail and it’s not allowing him to go potty. His heart is extremely healthy but he is in a lot of pain. We are on a time frame to help him as soon as possible. He'll be treated at Affordable Animal Hospital Silverlake. Our treatment plan is about $3500. We have started a go fund me page as well but it hasn’t gotten enough attention as we thought it would.

The beautiful thing about Chico is his personality. We can take him absolutely everywhere and nobody will know he’s there. His little bark just makes anyone smile because it’s adorable along with his face. He jumps like a little bunny and tucks his tail in and runs in circles when he’s hyper. He thinks he’s a tough guy when we tell him “get him boy!” My cute boy.
