Chief is a 4 year old American Bulldog in Circle Pines, MN, who needs $2,000 for X rays, Treatment, and/or Surgery.

Chief has been with us since he was 6 weeks old! Our daughter was just turning 15 and she wanted a puppy of her own so we picked Chief from the litter! He was the cutest little baby boy and we couldn’t pass on him! He loves to snuggle with us on his back, snores very loudly, loves to chew up his toys, and play with our cat Ramona! Oh and chase squirrels! He’s the light of our lives!

In the past 2 months, he hasn’t been walking on his back leg. I thought he maybe just sprained his ankle. In the last week, we’ve noticed a growth on his hip and his ankle bone. The one on his hip is the size of my hand! A cvt came to our house and she thinks it may be cancer. She suggests an xray but I just can’t afford a vet visit right now eek!

Chief loves to play with our cat Ramona, our dog Tia, and loves chasing squirrels! He loves getting treats, including pizza, fruit, and doggy bones! The way his ears perk up to the words “come in” is so funny! He’s a protector! He loves his humans!!

Our family, like many others, are having a hard time making ends meet! We haven’t had health insurance for many months and my husband is severe diabetic and we’ve been having to pay out of pocket for insulin, along with his medications, and medical bills!
