About this campaign

Chip came into my life exactly at the perfect time. He was 2 months old and incredibly sick when I found him at the humane society. After I got his health in perfect shape the roles reversed and Chip has taken care of me ever since. I am a single male with no children so Chip is my one and only adopted son. Chip best thing that has happened in my life!

Everyone I come in contact with knows that Chip & I are a packaged deal. There was a time when he would go over to a neighbors house who was suffering from dementia to watch tv with her. Everyday she would tell her family about him, swearing he was human, hahaha.

Chip is the sweetest, mild mannered, and full of personality. I have experienced surgeries and low points in my life in which I know there is no way I could have pulled through without his help. I am blessed to have him in my life. He shows nothing but joy and love wherever he goes.

A large mass has been discovered on his spleen. The doctors also found early stages of prostate cancer. According to the vet specialist if they can perform a Splenectomy he can live a happy life 1-2 years. Without this surgery he could pass any day.

I was laid off work for five months this year and even though I am employed now I have already spent everything just to diagnose Chip. My heart is broken and I would greatly appreciate any help.
