Chiquita is a 8 year old Chihuahua in Lantana , FL, who needs $2,000 for Pelvic Repair Surgery with Metal Plate.

We came into each other's life at a perfect time. I had just lost my mother and she was a tiny abused doggy that I took from her abuser. I got her vaccinated and put her on a flight with me from Texas to Florida. Now she's a Florida girl LOL. To be honest we both grew together. She learned to love a human being instead of being afraid. And she gave me love during my mourning.

I received devastating news that Chiquita was hit by a car. Fortunately No major organs were damaged but she did get a severely fractured pelvis. She's was referred to a specialty hospital to repair that bone.(VCA Palm Beach veterinary specialists) My baby wants to live so I will fight until u have exhausted every opportunity to get her surgery.

Chiquita to be honest is amazing, the sweetest puppy. She has always wanted to be stuck toy side. She's greedy lol and she does the scrappy doo bark that's hilarious. She's been with me since she was a baby and she's spoiled but sweet. What can I say my baby is unique. No other like her!

To be honest I've been struggling with suffocating debt for a few years now. And unfortunately I exhausted my Care credit the night of the accident. An organization at the VCA has kindly donated $3k of what is needed for surgery but I'm still shy $4,300 I'm still devastated.
