About this campaign

Chloe is one of many community cats that I’ve TNR’d since moving into my new home two years ago. I have been complaining about the abandoned house to city authorities for as long as I’ve lived here. In the meantime, I’ve trapped, spayed/neutered, rabies vaccinated, socialized, fostered, and found forever homes for 15 cats in the past 24 months just from the house next door. The exception is three

I am looking for financial assistance with an aggressive treatment plan which provides subq fluids of an intrafungal medication that is administered by her vet team three times a week. She has received three treatments already and has a total of 12 provided her kidneys are not adversely affected. Chloe also needs lab work and medication to assist us in this treatment plan.

Chloe is a sweet happy girl who I witnessed playing in the sun outside the abandoned house where she likely ingested the black mold spores prior to me humanely trapping her and providing her with care and a loving home. She likes interacting with the other cats and is very curious. She hasn't learned to play with toys yet and because of the feeding tube is very limited in her interactions.

I am a disabled veteran with four primary cats of my own. Chloe is a community cat that I trapped and, while getting spayed, was misdiagnosed with FIP. Four vet doctors and two vet clinics, numerous tests, meds, treatment and finally a proper diagnosis of Histoplasmosis.
