Chloe is a 1 year old Poodle in Coventry, RI, who needs $2,000 for Intestinal Resection with Gastronomy & Enterotomy.

Chloe, is a spirited 15-month-old standard poodle, and about 3 months ago, we adopted her and welcomed her into our forever home. She brings joy, laughter, and love to our family and I look forward to her growing up with our 1 year old daughter. Her playful spirit and loving nature has quickly made her an irreplaceable member of our household.

The past few days have been incredibly challenging. On Thursday Chloe ingested a plastic toy that lodged in her intestine. She underwent a risky operation to save her life, and she is not out of the woods. Today we drove to another state to pick up additional plasma when the emergency vet ran out. She is at the Veterinary Emergency Group in Warwick, RI.

When we adopted Chloe she came to us with severe anxiety and was afraid of people. She has grown to love us just as we love her and now she follows us everywhere in the house. She enjoys long walks and snuggling on the couch. She enjoys belly scratches and her favorite treat is chicken.

I never could have imagined something like this happening. Thankfully, I have been approved to finance some of the costs, but the bill is already $10,000. I don't want to lose her and I'm doing all I can to save her, but with a baby the bills are already over our head.
