Chloe is a 2-year-old Lab Mix in Coventry, RI who needs $1,900 for femoral head and neck ostectomy (to fix her hip dysplasia).

Chloe is my best friend. I love her more than words can express. I rescued her about a year and a half ago. She has hip dysplasia that is causing her a lot of pain. She also has bad allergies and frequent urinary infections. Her pain medication and special food are very expensive. Because of all of the health issues she has had, I can not afford to pay for her surgery as well.
