Chloe is a 1-year-old in Kalamazoo , MI, who needs $2,000 for BAOS.

Chloe came into our lives unexpectedly, her parents broke up and there was no longer time for her, she was passed on to another family whose household was too chaotic, too many humans. We got a text to see if we could take her or she was going to the pound. I immediately said yes! She has been a wonderful new addition!

Chloe has joined 3 other fur babies and has adjusted just great! She interacts and plays well with the others. She is especially fond of my four year old grandson and has quickly become attached to him. They love to cuddle 🤗 Chloe is a little sweetheart and we need help getting her healthy, especially before the hot summer months begin.

Chloe is most fond of grandson, they enjoy just vegging out in the chair or a good game of tug of war. She is the first of our pets to like the occasional fruit/veggie. Chloe also allows us to dress her! She has the energy to play but is limited due to her breathing issues. She is a sweet girl and this is her forever home!

We took Chloe on a small walk over the weekend when the temperatures were close to 70, upon return she started vomiting and having respiratory distress, we took her to the Kalamazoo Animal Hospital where they treated her for a condition BAOS, she needs surgery to widen her nostrils, removing something in her throat area and also her soft pallet

Our family has no emergency funds for Chloe, my husband and I both started the new year off with Covid and he was hospitalized for nine days, he is currently still not back to work. We are in need helping raise these funds to get her a better quality of life!
